How to void a transaction? Both card present and not present?

Card present

1. Choose CREDIT or DEBIT and then VOID 
2. Enter amount to void (include 3%) 
3. Confirm amount to void 
4. Enter Manager Password 
5. Debit card must be entered to void PIN Debit 
6. Choose to print or not to print customer copy 

 

Card not present

1. Choose STAR button for FAVORITES
2. Choose void transaction
3. Enrer manager password
4. Choose how to find transaction
5. Easiest is by transaction number 
6. Confirm void amount, enter password again
