Note: if you have access to more than one account you will have to follow these steps for ALL accounts

  1. Select “reports” on the right-hand side
  2. Click the drop down arrow for “12 columns selected”
  3. In the following order, remove the following (uncheck)
    1. Transaction ID, Name, Account, AVS Result
  4. In the following order, ADD the following (check)
    1. Surcharge, Invoice created by, Invoice
  5. Click the three dots and “save current columns”
