This role is crucial in supporting our Fulfillment Director in optimizing order fulfillment processes and ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Fulfillment Director to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the Fulfillment Director and internal teams, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, working closely with relevant departments.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing order data and trends to improve fulfillment processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
